Terms of service

You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and give accurate details. Keep your sign-in safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. If you use Davnai for a business, you agree to these terms for that business.

You own what you upload and what Davnai makes for you. You give Davnai permission to store, process, edit and copy it, and to publish it to the accounts you connect when you ask us to, only as needed to provide Davnai to you. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already published at your request.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload or publish, including music, pictures, clips, other people's voices and faces, and logos. Most memes and music from the internet belong to someone else.

Do not use Davnai to:

• break the law, or upload or publish content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, sexual involving minors, or that infringes someone's rights;
• mislead people, impersonate someone, or post spam;
• break the rules of the platforms you publish to;
• get around plan limits, attack or overload Davnai, or access other people's accounts or data.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

Davnai uses AI to suggest edits, write text, research topics and make images. AI can be wrong or incomplete, and research may miss sources. Review everything before you publish; you are responsible for what you publish.

When you connect YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn or TikTok, you allow Davnai to act on that account as you direct: to publish or schedule what you approve, read the stats and comments of posts Davnai published, and reply when you approve or set up keyword auto-replies. Each platform's own terms also apply, including the YouTube Terms of Service. Platforms can change or stop features, limit how often posts are made, or remove access; we cannot guarantee a platform will accept every post.

Each plan includes the features and monthly limits shown on the pricing page and in Settings → Plan & usage. Limits reset each month on the day you joined. When paid plans are available: prices are shown before you pay, plans renew until you cancel, you can cancel any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and refunds follow the law where you live. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.

We keep improving Davnai and may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep Davnai available, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or problems beyond our control. Keep your own copies of anything important; files are kept for the number of days your plan shows.

You can stop using Davnai and ask us to delete your account at any time (see Deleting your data). We may end or suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or when the law requires.

Davnai is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in these terms, and we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, lost profits, or content lost on platforms you publish to. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

If someone makes a claim against us because of content you uploaded or published, or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs, unless the claim is caused by our own fault.

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If there is a problem, write to us first at support@davnai.com so we can try to fix it.

We will tell you in Davnai or by email before important changes take effect. If you keep using Davnai after that, the new terms apply. Questions: support@davnai.com.
